Salad. Yum! Especially now that summer is fast approaching. You’d think that being vegan would automatically result in the knowing of a repertoire of delicious salad recipes. Well I don’t. I have a select few simple salads that I always rotate. I’d like to know more though; become my own MasterChef of salads.
So I’m setting myself a challenge. Every week for the next six weeks I’m going to cook one new salad and I’ll publish a photo and a link to the recipe here. If you know of any great salad recipes, send them my way. I’d love to try them out.
Me and salad are gonna be friends. I’m sure of it.
