Touring Adelaide’s thrift shops via bus

Posted by on Mar 3, 2013 in Eco-friendly, Ethical, Shopping, Vintage | 4 comments

Okay thrifters, I’m going to let you in on a fabulous little (not so well kept) secret. There’s a quick and easy way to find the best op shops in the South Australian capital of Adelaide and all you have to do is jump on a bus and hang on for the ride.

So, without further ado, here’s a collection of my most cherished thrifted skirts as the latest in my fave vintage things series.

Well. You do not need to throw these guys out! Because dyeing your own clothes is unbelievably easy. It’s also a little bit addictive, be warned. Here’s a little how-to guide to get you on your way, care of one of my old white tops and its ugly and irreversible stains. It works great on vintage dresses, too.
